1. Acceptance
By accessing Stackwave you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The directory
Stackwave is an editorially curated directory. Listings are provided “as is” without warranty. We may add, edit, or remove any tool at our discretion. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of external sites.
3. Advertising
Sponsored placements are clearly labeled. Submitting an inquiry through the Advertise page is not a binding contract. A booking is confirmed only when both parties sign a written insertion order or invoice. We reserve the right to decline any advertiser for any reason, including fit, legality, or quality. Prices displayed in local currencies are indicative; final invoices are issued in USD.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site at volume, attempt to disrupt service, misuse our submission forms, or use Stackwave for unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual property
The Stackwave name, logo, design system, and editorial copy are our property. Tool names and logos belong to their respective owners.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackwave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on any listing.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
